I have been there
I struggled with my weight pretty much all my life.
I was confused and overwhelmed about which route to take to finally get healthy and lose weight in a sustainable manner.
I tried all diets and workouts but the weight never budged.
In fact, I gained more weight as my struggle continued
I was in a toxic cycle of binging, food restrictions, starving myself feeling tired constantly and worst of all, I hated my body.
My self-esteem was shot. I felt disconnected from my own body.
And this was until I decided to be kind to myself and came up with a gentle approach to my health, nutrition, and overall well-being.
In 6 months, I lost a whooping 20 kgs!
I decided to learn more about Nutrition, food and weight management.
During my classes, I learnt so much about food and how simple it Is to lose weight without starving and hating my body.
Once I got my certifications, I worked out a realistic and enjoyable plan for myself that worked!
I learnt to accept my self and my body and take all the necessary steps to love and nurture my body.
My success was the biggest form of self-care to date.
And my aspiration is to help as many people who have been in my shoes and want change.
